Funnel Feature Roundup: August 2020

August 31, 2020

It's time for another exciting roundup of new and improved Funnel features! While this edition is a little shorter than usual, the new features pack a punch! In the video below, we'll walk you through each feature, but if there any features that grab your attention, you can skip ahead using the navigation links below.

Just a quick reminder before we dive in, access to the features mentioned below will depend on the level of your school's Funnel package. If you need any clarification around this, please reach out to your Digistorm Customer Success Manager.

1. New pop-up modal colors and styling. You might have noticed that Funnel has been receiving a bit of a facelift lately. Last month, it was the new dark main navigation, this month it's the new colors and styling on pop-up modals throughout the entire system. For example, if you're adding a new lead, task, event, communication, or report, you'll notice some new colors and styling.

2. Live search in Funnel event app. We know that due to current circumstances, many of you haven't been able to host any on-campus events, but we've been working on a few updates within Funnel's event app to prepare for when everything gets back up and running. The Funnel app now supports live search results in the admin view. This means that when you're greeting a guest, you can search for their name and be presented with all of the possible matches so that you can check them in.

3. Number of activities filter. We know that you like to see the level of engagement you've had with your leads, especially those that could use a little more nurturing. A new introduction to Funnel filters is the 'number of activities' filter. This makes it even easier to identify leads that haven't had enough engagement so that you can review and follow up with them.

4. New security update. Finally, it's important to note that Funnel has a new security update, ensuring that all files are uploaded and scanned for viruses and disallow any dangerous file types. This ensures that Funnel users don't interact with maliciously uploaded files.
